Engaging our people and community
Our global footprint allows us to attract and retain driven, enterprising professionals who possess deep insight into supply chain operations and solid specialist expertise.
Our workforce lies at the heart of our organisation. We strive to build a workplace culture where every team member feels a strong sense of belonging, receives recognition, and knows their work is valued. We aim to nurture a high-performance mindset, motivating our people to consistently deliver outstanding service to clients.
Our team brings together creative designers, meticulous merchandising specialists, rigorous QA/QC professionals, and sharp business development and operations experts. These talented individuals across disciplines fuel our ongoing development and commercial success.
Guided by our core values, we prioritise diversity, employee welfare, and a respectful, safe working environment. Our people strategy is built around three pillars: engaging our globally diverse workforce, lifting team wellbeing, and attracting and developing top talent.
We actively create pathways for continuous learning and personal growth, rooted in a people-first mindset that runs through every layer of the business. Investing in individual development not only strengthens collective performance but also helps build an inclusive, supportive workplace culture.
As a responsible corporate citizen, we recognise our duty to give back to local communities. We seek to deliver meaningful, long-term benefits by supporting community development and aligning our actions with local priorities. Through sustained community involvement, we hope to generate lasting positive social value.

We see diversity and inclusion as powerful drivers of innovation, unlocking opportunities for every employee to realise their full potential.
Our inclusive agenda covers all dimensions of identity, including gender, ethnicity, background, age, sexual orientation and ability. Our Inclusion & Diversity programme raises awareness, shifts mindsets, and encourages teams to celebrate differences while working together to build an inclusive workplace for all.
We comply with local legislation and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. Candidate evaluation and selection are based purely on job-relevant competencies, ensuring fair and unbiased recruitment. Further details can be found on our careers page
People Engagement
Employee engagement is central to our approach at UniverseHolding. We actively create opportunities for our diverse global team to connect, celebrate inclusion and build mutual support. We want every individual to thrive within our fast-paced working environment. We believe genuine connection strengthens our entrepreneurial, respectful culture and builds long-term commitment to the business.
Our teams mark a wide range of culturally significant festivals across regions, such as Mid-Autumn Festival, Onam, Diwali, Christmas, Lunar New Year, Hanukkah, Eid, Easter and Pohela Boishakh. We also bring colleagues together through annual dinners, long-service award ceremonies and casual social events including ice‑cream gatherings.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
UniverseHolding is committed to fostering an inclusive culture that respects each employee’s individuality, regardless of gender, age, race, ability or sexual orientation. Our DEI mission: “To build a workplace where everyone is respected, where similarities and differences are equally valued, through ongoing education and awareness-raising. We recognise that diverse perspectives enrich our team’s contributions. We offer fair and equal opportunities and cultivate psychological safety for all our people.” You may review our full Diversity and Inclusion Statement.
Code of Conduct and Business Ethics
We attach great importance to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and harassment, with equal opportunities for all staff, in line with international human and labour rights frameworks. These commitments are formalised within our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, while our DEI work supports colleagues to uphold these standards. All new hires receive Code training during onboarding, and regular Business Ethics & Integrity workshops are held for existing employees. Our Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy and Procedure is also available for reference.
Supporting Employee Wellbeing
We provide resources, guidance and support to help employees protect and improve their physical and mental health. We recognise that healthy, engaged team members underpin business success. Our “Discover Wellness” initiative forms the backbone of our wellbeing framework, covering physical, emotional and mental health. Activities include expert health seminars, yoga sessions and mindfulness training, alongside wider mental health advocacy. More information is available at
